# Bindo

> An email inbox built around the customer, with an assistant you control.

Bindo helps small businesses manage enquiries without losing the customer's history. Incoming email is grouped by customer; individual enquiries track what still needs an answer.

The pilot includes email through Moonemail, a business knowledge base, a managed assistant, source-backed reply drafts and a human approval step before sending.

> Bindo is a managed pilot. Public signup, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, and automated changes to bookings or payments are not available. The local demo does not send real email or call a live AI model.
